Sophie has just returned from a story collecting/social history residency with The Museum of Liverpool, which you can read more about here

A recent residency with a community group in Southall with 3 faiths forum and near neighbours has led to the production of a community book called Our Life Tour.

In October Sophie was the inaugural artist in residence at The Arvon Foundation, Hurst Centre

Sophie is an associate artist with two arts organisations: Project Phakama

and Fermynwoods Contemporary Arts

This year she was a poetry ambassador for National Poetry Day

She is a friend of The Migration Museum Project
and in 2015 held a residency with them at The National Maritime Museum, collecting peoples’ stories about ‘home’ and the journeys we make to get there.
